Summer

Skansen is an open air museum in Stockholm, where a lot of official celebrations take place - The Swedish National Area for celebrations. Some events are Valborg (Spring), National Day, Midsummer, New Year's Eve and a lot of other concerts.
To the left you can see The Royal Swedish Family
at Skansen on the 6 th of June, our National Day.

Midsummer is one of the biggest party nights in Sweden.
Skansen has a very big national celebration.
In northern Sweden the sun is up all the time around Midsummer.
In the town Kiruna it's up for three weeks! In return it's gone for
three weeks around Christmas, but the snow saves some light.

Crayfish parties are very popular in August.
