Dachine would come from India or Japan. The cultivation is relatively easy to realize. Harvest begins approximately 8 months after the plantation. One realizes stage of harvest when the oldest sheets start to decay. The conservation remains a delicate problem. The dachines last only 2 or 3 days, after this time, the tubers interior spoil whereas the skin seems healthy.
