"PASTA"

" Pasta" is considered the main course of the Mediterraned food. The origins of this food are abscribed to Chinese people, even if this is only an hypotesis. More sure are the origins along the Mediterranean basin: at the age of Empires, ancient populations used as main course a mixture made by water and flour. "Pasta" is a very digestible food, rich of carbohydrates minaral salts (mainly potassium), but poor of fats and vitamins. This food can be made only using flour of hard corn and water.
