It is a tradition in my family to bake cookies before Christmas. Then we come together, the whole family, and there is nice Christmas atmosphere meanwhile.

Here is the recipe of my favorite cookies:

115 gr butter

12 tablesp. sugar

12 tablesp. brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 1/4 cup Wheat Flour

1 cup nuts

1 cup chopped Chocolade

1 tsp. warm water

1 tsp. vanilla

You mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Then you put all the other ingredients in the bowl and mix. When all the ingredients are mixed together, you put it on an owenplate with a teaspoon, and bake it at 170š - 200š C for 10 minutes.

Dream Cake

250 gr butter

250 gr sugar

3 eggs

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cinnamon

270 gr. Wheat Flour

2 dl milk

Cream:

250 gr icing sugar

80 gr butter

2 tablesp. coffee

1 tsp. vanilla
