Most of the research work was done by French teachers and pupils from the Lycée de Beauregard, MONTBRISON.
Three other schools are contributing to this educational site: one in TOULOUSE with "South western traditions", one in LE MANS ..."le pain" and one in MARSEILLE, the Lycée Daumier with "noel".
