Boil the milk. In a salad bowl,mix the flour, the sugar, the eggs and milk. Put the mixture on the cooker. Pull out as soon as the mixing has boiled.

Put in a salad bowl the sugar, the vanilla and the egg yolks. Whisk to get a white mixture. Add the flour and the whisked eggwhites . Use a special cake tin (flat and rectangular). Bake the paste during a hour in the oven. Put the scream into the cake and roll it. You can recover it with melted chocolate. Put the cake in the fridge.
